Networking among industry members is vital, and exhibiting at IGSHPA’s conference puts your name with the finest in the geothermal industry. Exhibiting at the conference guarantees a discounted or free conference registration and the opportunity to advertise in the conference program.

Advertise in the Conference Program
The conference program is given to all conference and class attendees and will be referenced several times a day for the four days of conference. Advertising is available only to exhibitors and sponsors. It’s a great way to reach potential customers before the exhibit doors open and to increase traffic to your booth once the expo has begun!

Booth Information

New this year:

All attendees, expo and conference, will receive a conference bag. Exhibitors and sponsors will have the option to provide promotional items for the bags for no extra charge.

All Booth Rental Includes:
  • Pipe and drape
  • Six foot skirted table, waste basket and two chairs
  • One 7" x 40" ID sign
  • Name and company description in conference program and on Exhibitors List on IGSHPA website.
  • Sponsors of $3,000 or more receive a link to their website in the online list.
  • 150 exhibit hall postcard invitations to send to your customers
    (The cards turned in at the conference from attendees will be entered into a drawing for a free 10x10 booth in 2016)

Rates are good until June 30, 2015. After that date please add $200 to booth fees for late registration. There is a $300 cancellation fee on booths before Aug 1. No refund after Aug 1, 2016.

Exhibit hall load limit and door dimensions: Ceiling height - 20' and weight limit 150 lbs per sq. ft.

Exhibit Hours

Set-up Monday: Decorater 8:00 - 5:00 pm
Set-up Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Special arrangements can be made to move in on Monday by contacting Gail Ezepek to make arrangements.)
Overtime fees will apply if additional time is required.

Exhibit Hours Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Exhibit Hours Thursday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Teardown: 4:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday
Overtime fees will apply if additional time is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by July 31, 2015 to receive a refund, less a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on August 1, 2015 or after will not receive any refund. An exhibitor packet with full details will be e-mailed to you. Please make sure that you have a current email address on the registration form.
