Program
The conference program is given to all conference and class attendees
and will be referenced several times a day for the four days of workshops
and conference. Advertising is available only to exhibitors. It’s
a great way to reach potential customers before the exhibit doors open
and to increase traffic to your booth once the expo has begun! All ads
are black and white except for the back cover which is full color.

Booth Information
All Booth Rental Includes:
- Limited number of full conference attendees (varies with booth size - see below)
- Pipe and drape (colors this year - red, white and blue)
- List of participants
- One 7" x 40" ID sign
- Name and company description in conference program and on Exhibitors List on IGSHPA Web site. Sponsors of $2,000 or more receive a link to their Web site in the on-line list.
- 150 postcards for you to mail out and invite your customers to attend the Exhibitor's Showcase on Wednesday from 4:00 - 7:00 pm
Rates are good until September 18, 2009. After that date please add $100 to booth fees for late registration.
Exhibit hall has a load limit of 350 lbs. per square foot. Loading dock door size limit is 23 feet high by 17 feet wide.
Premium booth locations:
These booths are strategically located to give your company the
most visibility. End cap booths are double booths located at the end of
the aisles facing the entry doors, rig area or islands. There are 12 available.
Islands are four booth spaces (two double booths, back to back) with aisles
on all sides. Islands allow for maximum traffic in, around and through
your exhibit space. There are three islands available. See exhibit hall
floorplan for exact locations.
All Booth Prices and additional exhibitor fees are IGSHPA member rates. Non-members add 20 percent to the member rate!
- Premium Booth Rates:
End cap (10 x 20) $2,200 - includes 3 full conference registrations*
Island (20 x 20) $4,400 - includes 4 full conference registrations*
- Standard (single or double) Booth Rates:
Single Booth (10 x 10) $1,000 - includes 2 full conference registrations*
Double Booth (10 x 20) $2,000 - includes 3 full conference registrations*
- Drill Rig Rates:
Small Drill Rig $3,000 - includes 3 full conference registrations*
Large Drill Rig $3,500 - includes 4 full conference registrations*
*Full conference registration includes all food service for Wednesday and Thursday and all conference sessions.
- Additional Exhibitors:
$200 per person
Fee for additional exhibitors includes food service for Wednesday and Thursday (breakfast, breaks and lunch) and exhibit hall entry. Conference sessions are NOT included.

Cancellations must be received by August 19, 2009 to receive a full refund, less a $75 handling fee. Cancellations received August 20, 2009 or after will not receive any refund. An exhibitor packet with full details will be e-mailed to you.
