Networking among industry members is vital, and exhibiting at IGSHPA’s conference puts your name with the finest in the geothermal industry. Purchasing a booth and exhibiting at the conference guarantees a free or discounted conference registration and the opportunity to advertise in the conference program. The exhibit hall has sold out early in the last three years; reserve your space now!

Advertise in the Conference Program
The conference program is given to all conference and class attendees and will be referenced several times a day for the four days of workshops and conference. Advertising is available only to exhibitors. It’s a great way to reach potential customers before the exhibit doors open and to increase traffic to your booth once the expo has begun!

Booth Information

All Booth Rental Includes:

  • Limited number of full conference attendees (varies with booth size - see below)
  • Pipe and drape
  • Six foot skirted table, waste basket and two chairs
  • Contact information on attendees
  • One 7" x 40" ID sign
  • Name and company description in conference program and on Exhibitors List on IGSHPA Web site. Sponsors of $2,000 or more receive a link to their Web site in the on-line list.
  • 150 postcards for you to mail out and invite your customers to the Expo
  • The exhibit hall is fully carpeted except for the drill rig space, so carpeting is not required this year

Rates are good until May 3, 2013. After that date please add $200 to booth fees for late registration.

Exhibit hall load limit and door dimensions: Ceiling height - 27'; door 15' wide by 14" high, weight limit 250 lbs/sq. ft.

Booth Rates

All booth rates and additional exhibitor fees are IGSHPA corporate member rates. Non-members add 50 percent to the member rate!


Single Booth (10 x 10) $1,250 - includes 2 full conference registrations*
Double Booth (10 x 20) $2,395 - includes 3 full conference registrations*
End Cap (10 x 20) $2,600 - includes 3 full conference registrations*
Island (20 x 20) $5,200 - includes 4 full conference registrations*
Small Drill Rig $3,535 - includes 3 full conference registrations*
Large Drill Rig $4,150 - includes 4 full conference registrations*

*Full conference registration includes breakfast, lunch and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday only and all conference sessions.

  • Additional Exhibitors:
    $200 per person

Fee for additional exhibitors includes breakfast, lunch and breaks on Wednesday and Thursday only and exhibit hall entry. Conference sessions are NOT included.

Exhibit Hours

Set-up Monday: Drill Rigs only 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Set-up Tuesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Special arrangements can be made to move in on Monday by contacting Gail Ezepek to make arrangements.)
Overtime fees will apply if additional time is required.

Exhibit Hours Wednesday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm (Includes Welcome Reception)

Exhibit Hours Thursday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Teardown: 3:00 - 8:00 pm Thursday
Overtime fees will apply if additional time is required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by August 2 2013 to receive a refund, less a $275 cancellation fee. Cancellations received August 3, 2013 or after will not receive any refund. An exhibitor packet with full details will be e-mailed to you. Please make sure that we have a current email address on the registration form.
