Networking among industry members is vital, and exhibiting at IGSHPA’s conference puts your name with the finest in the geothermal industry. Purchasing a booth and exhibiting at the conference guarantees a free or discounted conference registration and the opportunity to advertise in the conference program. The exhibit hall has sold out early in the last three years; reserve your space now !

Participate in the Expo Floor Give-away!
A cost-effective and simple way to increase traffic to your exhibit booth. Attendees will be asked to stop by your booth to enter a drawing for an official IGSHPA leather jacket and other door prizes. Attendees will need to visit your booth and have their give-away card marked to enter the drawing. Expo floor give-away sponsors will be included in all drawing specific signage/flyers and will be supplied with booth signs and card punches. (Sponsors of special events and general conference sponsors of $2,000 or more, will automatically be part of the floor drawing.)

Advertise in the Conference Program
The conference program is given to all conference and class attendees and will be referenced several times a day for the four days of workshops and conference. Advertising is available only to exhibitors. It’s a great way to reach potential customers before the exhibit doors open and to increase traffic to your booth once the expo has begun! All ads are black and white except for the back cover which is full color.

Booth Information

All Booth Rental Includes:

• 2 complimentary conference registration (single booth)
• 2 complimentary conference registrations (double booth & end cap)
• 4 complimentary conference registrations (pavilion)
• Pipe and drape
• List of participants
• One 7" x 40" ID sign
• 20 visitor passes to the exhibit hall - a great way to promote geothermal to your customers! (Includes admission to exhibit hall only - additional passses are $25.00 each)

Rates are good until August 20, 2008. After that date please add $100 to booth fees for late registration.

Exhibit hall has a load limit of 1,000 lbs. per square foot. Loading dock door size limit is 11 feet high by 8 feet wide.

Premium booth locations:
These booths are strategically located to give your company the most visibility. End cap booths are double booths located at the end of the aisles facing the entry doors or break area. There are six available. Islands are four booth spaces (two double booths, back to back) with aisles all sides. Islands allow for maximum traffic in, around and through your exhibit space. There are two islands available. See exhibit hall floorplan for exact locations.

Fee for additional exhibitors includes food service for Wednesday and Thursday (breakfast, breaks and lunch) and exhibit hall entry. Conference sessions are NOT included.
