Selecting the CGD Exam login link above will redirect your browser to the login page offered through Oklahoma State University (https://oc.okstate.edu/). Once you have accessed the login page, you will be required to enter an Okey Username and Okey Password to enter the CGD Exam site. The Username and Password provided to you by IGSHPA will be your Okey Username and Okey Password.

Upon successful login, an orange bar reading “My Oklahoma State University Courses and Communities ” with the heading of Outreach below it will be visible. Click the + button beside Outreach to view the heading OSU – Outreach. Click the + button beside OSU – Outreach to view the heading CGD Exam. Click the heading CGD Exam to enter the exam website. Follow the on-screen instructions to begin the CGD Exam. The CGD Exam is only available for a period of 2 hours once you begin.

In the event that you do not successfully pass the exam with a score of 70% or above, you will be required to contact the IGSHPA Training department at 1-800-626-4747 for an additional exam attempt for a re-test fee of $75US.
